Description

This course offers an accessible and engaging introduction to digital technologies with a focus on designing, building, and interacting with virtual digital worlds. Students learn a variety of generic design and production methods for mixed realities including vision, sound, motion, and other modalities, which can be applied to address interdisciplinary challenges.

Learning objectives

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to

•    Design mixed reality worlds and user interactions with them
•    Produce prototypes of mixed reality world scenarios
•    Connect mixed reality prototypes with each other and with real world data
